How to Join TACVPR (new member or renewing member) and Register for TACVPR Conference Nov 7, 2019 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center, Cookeville,  TN.

New Members:

Click the ‘Pay Pal Regular Member’ button below and make the payment.  Once the payment is made you will be directed back to the website to complete the membership registration form.  After completing the membership registration form then click on the TACVPR conference registration button in the left hand column.  Complete the conference registration form and then make your payment for the conference.

Renewing Members:

Renewing members can not renew their membership until September 1.  On or after Sept 1,  follow the instructions for New Members in order to renew your membership.  You may go ahead and complete the conference registration process before you renew your membership.
